Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a farm/construction laborer. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks related to farming and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops
- Care for farm animals (as and when)
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying
- Assist with construction projects, including building, repairing, and maintaining structures
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools
- Work in a team environment and follow instructions
Requirements:
- No formal education required, but basic literacy and numeracy skills are an advantage
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
