Responsibilities
• Assist with general farm duties, including planting, watering, harvesting, weeding, and maintaining crops.
• Assist with plants’ care, and watering.
• Assist with general maintenance of farm.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements & Skills
• Prior experience in farming or farm equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Our farm is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with various tasks on the farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining farm, performing general farm duties, and assisting with customers. The General Laborer will work under the supervision of the farm managers.
